3 lb. ground chuck
1 c. (or more) Balkan Bakery bread crumbs
2 cups (or more) Romano cheese
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add ground beef, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic powder and parsley.
2. Add one beaten egg at a time and mix together well. Add more salt and garlic powder to taste.
3. Roll into meatballs to desired size. Bake at 350ºF until browned.
4. Drain well before putting into sauce.
