1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs (Italian flavored)
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Garlic powder or minced garlic to taste
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. parsley
Onion flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Mix together all ingredients in bowl.
2. If you need more liquid, use milk to help mix.
3. Roll into meatballs the size you want. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes, remove from oven and turn over; bake again until browned.

I use 3 to 6 shakes of garlic powder.
