4 skinned and boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. butter
4 large cloves of garlic, minced
1 c. apple juice
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dredge chicken in flour.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and garlic. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
3. Add apple juice, lemon juice and pepper to skillet; bring mixture to a boil. Boil uncovered, 4 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
