2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2-4 tsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually; add vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and mix well. Heat milk and butter, then add to the first mixture. Batter will be thin. Pour into a 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350º.
