6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. white wine
paprika to taste
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut into bite sized pieces and place in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and wine; mix well. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
