Cake:
3 large eggs
1 8oz. container sour cream
1/3 c. water
1 can cream of coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 white cake mix

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 c butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg coconut
1 box confectioners sugar

Cake:
Beat eggs, add sour cream, water, vanilla and cream of coconut. Mix together and then add cake mix and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 325º for 40-45 minutes. Cook cake in pan and then freeze for 30 minutes. Ice with cream cheese frosting.

Frosting:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar. One icing consistency add coconut and stir.
