1 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c + 2 T. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c rolled oats

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and mix through. Drop in spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake 350 for about 10 minutes
