3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
12 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 pack Ritz crackers, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, and chicken broth, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
