Salmon fillet Seasoning: 2 tsp kosher salt 3 tsp paprika 3 tsp crushed red pepper 1 tsp chili powder 3 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp dried basil 2 tsp coriander
Mix ingredients. Spray a little bit of canola or olive oil on salmon and sprinkle with Potlatch seasoning. Grill, broil, or use a cedar board. Save the rest of the seasoning for another piece of salmon.
