2 cups onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
8 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups self rising cornmeal
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp dill
2 eggs, beaten
1 can (8 3.4 oz.) cream corn
1/4 cup mild
1/4 vegetable oil
dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter/margarine until tender. Let cool, stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese. Set aside. Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon into lightly greased 9" square pan. Spread sour cream mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until done. Cut into squares.
