2 - 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 gloves garlic, minced
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers. Makes 2 cups
