2. Blend 4 ripe avocados with 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tsp salt and pepper
3. 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 pks taco seasoning mixed
4. 1 bunch of scallions, chopped
5. l large can pitted black olives, chopped
6. 3 medium tomatoes chopped
7. 2 cups chopped lettuce
8. 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
