1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Hershey’s kisses

Mix ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Press kisses in cookies after baking. Let cool at room temperature for at least 20 minutes, allowing the kisses to harden again.
