4 cups green cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
1/4 cup red onion
2 jalapeņo chiles (careful - don't touch face or eyes)
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
11 oz. Mexican-style corn (with red & green peppers)
4 oz. cheddar cheese
3/4 cup ranch salad dressing
1 tsp. cumin
fresh cilantro sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, chopped red onion, chiles (seeded and finely chopped), drained corn, and shredded cheese. Mix well. In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing, lime juice and cumin and pour over cabbage mixture. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
