1 large round steak 1 can spicy V-8 juice 1 c. BBQ sauce 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water
Cut fat off of the steaks and cut into 4-6 pieces. Brown each piece in oil on both sides. Mix all liquids and pour over steak in a roast pan. Cook at 325º in the oven for three (3) hours, cover with foil or pan lid.
