1lb sausage - browned and drained
6-10 slices buttered bread or croutons
3/4lb sharp cheddar cheese - grated
6 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp minced onions

Triple for large casserole

Directions:

Butter 9 x 15 baking dish
Butter bread
Cube bread - spread 1/2 of the bread on bottom of baking pan and cover with 1/2 of the cheese, then 1/2 of the sausage. Repeat layers.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, paprika, worchestershire sauce, and onions. Pour over layers.
Refrigerate over night or a few hours.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Optional - Srpinkle parmesan cheese on top before baking.
