"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 Medium Sized Brisket of Beef
3 Onions (Browned with salt, pepper, garlic and cumin and blended in food processor)

Directions:
Brown the Brisket lightly with salt, pepper and cumin and transfer to a large pot on the cook top with a lid. Add all of the other ingredients to cover brisket and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a 3-4 hours until the brisket is tender. Remove brisket from liquid and let cool. Slice brisket (against the grain) and place on a serving platter (slicing is easiest with an electric knife). Heat remaining sauce and pour over brisket when ready to serve.
