3 to 6 potatoes
1/4 c. rosemary
1/4 c. garlic
Lots of salt
Olive oil, 1 inch in frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes in very thin squares approximately 1/8" width and 3" long.
2. Heat oil to hot and add potatoes. Reduce to medium high heat and fry until golden brown.
3. Quickly remove to a stainless steel bowl and toss with spices and salt.
