-1 1/2lbs ground pork
-cooking oil
-minced garlic
-30 Prawns, (6 per serving)
-3 tbsp. cornstarch
-1 small can chicken broth
-2 egg whites (not beaten) - can add more to suit taste.
-scallions - chopped

Marinade ingredients:
-sesame oil
-soy sauce
-fresh ground pepper
-chinese cooking wine
-2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate ground pork with marinade ingredients for at least 1/2 hour.

2. Heat oil in wok. Add minced garlic, add pork mixture and cook until pork is done.

3. When pork is cooked, add 1/2 cup chicken broth and heat.

4. Add Prawns.

5. Add in cornstarch mixture (3 tbsp cornstarch and 1/2 cup chicken broth) with the Prawns. Stir until thickened.

6. Add egg whites. Let cook on top of pork mixture, then fold into meat.

7. Turn off heat and add chopped scallions.

8. Serve hot over rice.

In Chinese Restaurants they use egg drop soup as a base and add a small amount of pork mixture.

Note:
For added texture, flavor and nutrition, frozen peas may be added at step #5.
