3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk
TOPPING:
1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

1. Butter a 2 quart baking dish
2. Combine potatoes, sugar, vanilla and milk. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
3. Mix together flour and brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts.
4. Sprinkle topping over sweet potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30 minutes.
