1/2 c mayo (the real thing no light version) 1 hard cooked egg--chopped 1 T finely chopped shallots 2 T finely chopped parsley 2 T finely chopped chives 2 T capers, drained and pressed 1 t lemon juice 1/2 t tobasco--or to taste
Mix well or blend in food processor.
Bookbinders cannot hold a candle to this. Not even close! Triple this recipe--at least! You'll want enough for everyone!
