2 lbs. Red-Skinned Potatoes (desired amount)
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
celery seed
four slices bacon, crisp and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into small cubes (approx. 1/2", do not peel)
Boil until tender...drain and cool completely.
Toss with other vegetables.
Mix mayo and sour cream and toss with potatoes. Do not skimp...make more dressing if necessary.
Spread in flat baking dish and sprinkle with bacon crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Do not rinse potatoes with cold water after cooking. This will make them soggy!
