(For a double crust)
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. + 2 T. shortening
4 T. (or a little more) cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Sprinkle with cold water, a T. at a time, mixing in each addition with a fork. Gather dough and press into a ball. Roll out between 2 sheets of waxed paper until 1/8" thick.
