2 cans of evaporated milk
1 1/2 cans of condensed milk
2 c. of sugar for Caramelizing

Preheat oven to 300º. Blend all of the ingredients except for the sugar in the blender. Melt sugar in a non-stick saucepan and then coat bottom and all sides of a round metal baking dish for the oven about 2 inches deep (be careful not to burn yourself!) and large enough to hold mixture. Put dish in the oven in "Bano Maria" (place baking dish into another baking dish that is slightly larger, filled with water) until the top looks light brown (about 1 hour). Take out of oven and let cool. Loosen edges with sharp knife and flip onto serving platter.
