4 c. mashed sweet potatoes 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. butter TOPPING: 1 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 2/3 c. butter 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Mix together the first six ingredients. Put in a baking dish. TOPPING: Mix the brown sugar, flour and butter together. Spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Top with chopped pecans. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
