1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 wheel of brie cheese (usually found in the deli section)
2-3 tbsp raspberry preserves-seedless
1 egg-well beaten
brown sugar
apples wedges
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Unroll dough onto flat surface, pinching perforations together. Spoon preserves onto center of dough. Place brie on top of preserves. Wrap dough around brie like a present. Flip wrapped brie over onto cookie sheet, so that the creases are on the bottom. Brush dough with egg and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake until golden brown. Serve with apples and your favorite crackers.
