3 cups all purpose flour
4 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine,melted

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Mix well.  Make a well in the center.  Beat eggs until frothy in separate bowl.  Stir in milk and melted butter.  Pour egg mixture into flour well.  Beat until smooth. Fill hot waffle iron. Bake until it stops steaming.
