1 c oil
2 c sugar
2 c grated zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare two loaf pans - grease and dust with flour.
In a bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Add flour, the next 4 ingredients & then nuts. Put into 2 greased & floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour & ten minutes at 325 oven temperature.
