Pie:

12 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla



Topping:

1 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
lemon juice
vanilla


Fruit preserves
9" graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Using the pie ingredients, beat the cream cheese until smooth and then add beaten eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into a 9" graham cracker crust and bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Using a springform pan is advised.

Mix the topping ingredients together and pour over the pie and bake for 5 minutes longer.

Top with strawberry jam or blueberry pie filling.
