- 1 lb - ground beef
- 1 - beaten egg
- 3/4 cup - crushed soda crackers
- 1/2 cup - milk
- 1 tsp - salt
- 2 tbsp - chopped onions
- 1 tsp - dry mustard
- pepper to taste

- 1 - 10oz - can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup - brown sugar
- 1/4 cup - vinegar
- 1 tbsp - Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp - worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp - prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup - water

Preheat oven 350 F
- mix all meatloaf ingredients together
- put into loaf pan
- mix all sauce ingredients together
- pour over meatloaf
- bake for 45 - 60 minutes
