1 c. plus 2 T. plain flour, sifted
1/2 t. salt
6 T. Crisco shortening
2 to 3 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour until it is the size of peas. Add water
and stir until a ball of dough is formed. Place unsifted flour on
a piece of wax paper. Place the ball onto the wax paper and
press down to form a circle. Turn over circle to flour on the
other side. Roll out with a rolling pin until the dough is larger
than the pie pan. Crimp the edges.

If browning, bake at 350º for 20 minutes
