Cake
- 1 - yellow cake mix
- 1 - can mandarin oranges ( undrained)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup - vegetable oil

Icing
- 1 - large tub cool whip topping - thawed
- 1 - 19oz - can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 - 4 serving box instant vanilla pudding *

* can substitute pistachio pudding for vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º F

Cake
- mix all cake ingredients together and bake as per package directions
- use either and Angel food, or bundt pan- or a
9 x 13 pan
- cool inverted

Icing
- mix together icing ingredients and let thicken
- ice cake, store in fridge until ready to serve
