1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt. Mix 2 tbsp. of sugar and 2 tbsp. cinnamon in a small dish. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts and roll them in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on greased or parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400 for 3 to 10 minutes.
