1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. flour 2 t. lemon or vanilla extract 1 can fruit pie filling
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Next add flour and flavoring. Mix with electric mixer at low speed until blended. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter into 20 squares. Bake at for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
