1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Filling:
1 1/2 c. water
1 2/3 c. rice
3/4 c. salsa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and form into the bottom and sides of a 9" round pie plate. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cook rice and water, then combine with the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into the center of the meat. Cook 20 more minutes.
