¼ tsp.cream of tartar
¼ tsp. sal
1 ½ cups superfine

Directions:
Directions:
To make Heat oven to 200º. Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar and salt. Continue beating, adding superfine sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time until stiff peaks form. Sift 3 tbsps. powdered sugar over meringue and gently fold into mixture. Spoon meringue into medium sized plastic bag.

Cut 2 inches off corner and squeeze “ghosts” onto anungreased cookie sheet, making each ghost about 2 to3 inches tall. Position mini chocolate chips as eyes. Bake for 2 hours. Turn off oven and leave ghosts in oven for 6 hours.
