1 large can of chicken
1-8 oz brick of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
8 jalapeño rings, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, mix large can of chicken (drained and broken up), sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeños, half the mozzarella, and half the sharp cheddar. Place in dish and top with the rest of cheddar and mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, or until cheese is fully melted.
