3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 T. vanilla 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup butter (soft) Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup butter (firm)
Mix potatoes, sugar, vanilla, milk, eggs, and butter well. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour and nuts. Cut in the butter. Sprinkle the topping on potato mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350º.
