Juice of 2 doz. oranges
2 qts. of water
Juice of 2 doz. lemons
4 cups sugar
2 large bottles ginger ale
2 large cans crushed pineapple
1 large jar red cherries
gal. Vanilla ice cream
gal. Peach ice cream (or any kind of sherbet)
50 lbs. Crushed ice

Directions:
Boil water and sugar. Let cool. Mix juices of lemons and oranges with sugar mixture. This may be done the night before. Add crushed pineapple, cherries (cut in half, if desired), and ginger ale to first mixture and stir well. Before serving (1/2 hour), add ice cream and stir well. Before serving, add some crushed ice. Keep plenty of ice in mixture. It is better ICE COLD.
