Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 lb. hot sausage, room temperature
2 cups Bisquick
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:

Mix the Bisquick and milk according to directions for biscuits. Roll dough on floured board
to measure approximately 14” by 18”. Spread sausage evenly over rolled out dough.
Starting at long side, roll dough up toward opposite side. Cut roll into two or three rolls.
Rub seam and ends of each roll with melted butter to seal. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap.
If cooking immediately, place the rolls in refrigerator for one hour before cooking. Pinwheels will slice easier if chilled first. Slice about 1/4 inch thick, or thicker if desired and bake at 350º until golden—about 15 to 20 minutes.
