Cornmeal Pastry Cups:
1 cups all purpose flour
cup yellow cornmeal
tsp. salt
cup shortening
4 to 6 tbsps. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your favorite chili recipe and fill cornmeal pastry cups and serve hot.

Combine flour, cornmeal, and salt, cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles course meal. Sprinkle cold water (1 tbsp. at a time) evenly over surface; stir
with a fork until all ingredients are moistened. Shape into balls. Place in greased 1 inch tart pans, shaping each ball into a shell. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on wire racks. Yields approximately 48 cups.
