1 Bag Fresh Spinach
2 Cups sliced Strawberries
1 Cup chopped nuts (Walnuts or Pecans)
Crumbled Blue Cheese (optional)

Dressing
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1/4 Cup White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Spinach, Strawberries and Nuts in a large bowl.

Whisk the oil, sugar and vinegar together in a small bowl and keep on the counter until ready to toss with the salad. Do not refrigerate the dressing.

If desired top with the Blue Cheese crumbles.
