1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 egg 2 c. Cool Whip 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix ingredients together except for powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Form dough into walnut sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350º. Suggestion: Chocolate cake mix can be used instead of lemon.
