1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 egg
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together except for powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Form dough into walnut sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place balls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350º.
Suggestion: Chocolate cake mix can be used instead of lemon.
