2 Cups of Cake Flour
¼ teaspoon of Salt
1 Cup of Butter or Margarine
½ Cup of Confectionery Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
Confectionery Sugar to roll cookies in

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift flour and salt together
Cream butter, sugar, and flour in bowl until light and fluffy
Mix in dry ingredients gradually until mixture is smooth
Pinch off small pieces roll gently into 1 inch balls.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes or until the edges are light brown.
DO NOT THEM OVER BAKE! DO NOT LET THEM TURN BROWN !
Cool on wire racks.
When cool put them on wax paper with confectionery sugar and roll. (place something heavy on wax paper to hold it down)
