3/4 cup of plain Pancake Mix 1 teaspoon of Celery Salt 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder 1 teaspoon of Poultry Season 1 teaspoon of Garlic 1 teaspoon of Paprika 1/3 Cup of Hot Water
Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow pie plate or soup bowl. Stir only until blended. Dip or roll chicken pieces in batter, until lightly coated. Remaining batter may be spread on chicken pieces with a knife.
