- 1 1/2 lbs - extra lean ground beef - 1 - green pepper - chopped - 1 - onion - chopped - 1 clove of garlic - minced - 3 tbsp - chili powder - 1 - 14oz - can diced tomatoes - 1 - 16oz - can kidney beans - drained - 1/3 cup - A - 1 original steak sauce
- in a large saucepan, or Dutch oven, cook beef, pepper, onion, garlic, until browned, approximately 10 minutes - add chili powder, tomatoes - bring to a boil - reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes - add beans, steak sauce - cook till heated through
