1 qt. milk
1/2 c. rice (or more)
1 c. sugar (or less)
1 T. lemon extract
sprinkles of nutmeg and cinnamon
4 or 5 very small lumps of butter

Directions:
Stir together. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or 300º for 1 1/2 hours. No lid. Bake until the rice is cooked. There might be a great deal of liquid but the rice will absorb the liquid and leave the rice very moist.
