- 2 cans - kidney beans - rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup - cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange - pepper - chopped/sliced
- 1 - red onion - thinly sliced
- 1 bag of corn chips
- 1 bottle of Catalina dressing

- mix all vegetables together
- add enough dressing to taste
- toss in half a bag of corn chips before serving
