1 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced celery
2 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 c. half and half
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2-3/4 lb. cheddar cheese
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, onion, celery and water. Boil 15 minutes. In another saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour. Quickly add this to the boiling mixture and try not to have any lumps. Add the remaining ingredients. Gently simmer to blend flavors and melt cheese, do not boil. You may also add can of stewed tomatoes.
