1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine 1 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, eggs, chocolate syrup, and flour and beat well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes. For icing, combine 4 tbsp. butter, evaporated milk, and 1 c. sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
